Kane Depot

1 South Fraley Street -- Kane, Pennsylvania (directions to ArtWorks)

We continue to be a work in progress! The Kane Depot is in the middle of Kane, at the junction of Rt 6 and Rt 66.  We are right beside the railroad tracks of the old (but still active) Pennsylvania Railroad line. After much scrapping, cleaning and painting we set up in the middle room, the old 'women's waiting room,' of the Depot building in 2006. We strive to keep as much of the original building intact as possible. It is our pleasure to work to preserve the character of this wonderful old structure.

Depot Front Room

The front room of the Depot building houses some historic Kane memorabilia and railroad artifacts. There are more artifacts and old photographs throughout the building.  Holgate Toys are located in the old baggage room.  HolgateRoom

We continue to work on the freight room and attic space, to extend our capacity for storage and display.
